11.9.2024 - been a while, whoops! updated homepage layout because i finally figured out how to do things. 11.9.2024 - worked on new layout, made headway on the ut shrine content and touhou shrine layout.
also documented most changes for the site history page. 10.15.2024 - Tried again, Outgoing & Friends is implemented! It's a little basic but I'm just glad it's not collapsing in on itself. "Fun Links" is now located there. 10.14.2024 - ATTEMPTED to add outgoing/friends, it looked terrible. trying again. 10.12.2024 - added site visit counter, NOAI, vocaloid webring 10.10.2024 - added gallery "button", contact forms, webrings & cliques 10.8.2024 - complete index page overhaul, added art gallery/dump
